Last time I checked people are willingly paying as much as $5 for bottled water. Tap water is still free but full pollutants. People have a choice. Good health or risk. If cyclists dont want to pay anything then they must take their chances and accept all the risks. Roads were never intended for cyclists. If they want to be aggressive, road-hogging, opinionated cycle-Nazis who can easily afford $4,000 and even $5,000 for a racing bike, whats wrong with them paying another $100 a year to share the roads with the rest of us instead of some loudmouth, accident-prone protected species? Freeloaders to give way!
