Last week I ended my squats With 635 for3reps this week it was all about depth this was from tonight October 1st 10days from my first uspa meet I did 635 much easier but when I went to one rack the monolith shifted on me I I almost fellbut I caught my balance and did 2deep reps I followed up with 3 sets of 3 speed deadliest of 315 then did 3 singles at 405 495 and 565. I am feeling great going to the chiropractor on friday cant wait for my D load week to be over
