Last week I tested making a ham in the crockpot. Verdict: Praises from the whole family. Heres what you do: 1- 3-4 lb ham, my was pastured pork About 1/4 cup real maple syrup 2-3 Tb dijon mustard Place your ham in the crockpot (fat side up). Mix the maple syrup and mustard together. Slather the ham with the mixture. Take anywhere between 15-20 whole cloves and poke them into the ham (fat side up). Cook on high for six hours. Serve up!
