Late this evening we stopped into the restaurant to cook for tomorrow just to discover that the cooler had shut down (condenser motor failure) and there was a total loss of contents. unfortunately We have no product to cook due to the break down until we receive it tomorrow. We will be working to get food on the smoker and handling our insurance claim tomorrow. Sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.
