Latest accreditation of goals for the 2013/14 season Find out which players have been awarded which goals by a panel of experts The Premier League reviews all goals scored in every League Match, and if there are any in respect of which the identity of the scoring player is in doubt, then a panel set up by the Board determines who will stand in the records as the scorer. The decision shall be final. The panel set up by the Board is drawn from people who have participated as a referee, player or manager at the highest level of the game. Their rulings for the 2013/14 season can be found below. 23 February Liverpool 4-3 Swansea City Swansea Citys second goal was an own goal by Martin Skrtel and has not been credited to Wilfried Bony. 22 February Chelsea 1-0 Everton Chelseas goal was a Frank Lampard goal and has not been credited to John Terry. Cardiff City 0-4 Hull City Hull Citys first goal has been confirmed as a Tom Huddlestone goal. 12 February Fulham 2-3 Liverpool Liverpools second goal has been confirmed as a Philippe Coutinho goal.
