Lawyer EMPLOYER: Telecom Company Requirements: Candidate must possess Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB) and have at least 1-2 years post qualified legal experience preferably in telecom environment. - Strong background in corporate/commercial/civil/labour law is essential; - excellent interpersonal &communication skills, Azerbaijan, Russian and English proficiency, both oral and written is required, - must be customer service oriented and must have ability to work effectively in a team environment with both legal & business colleagues; - knowledge of applicable laws and regulations being used within telecom sector is required; - ability to prepare, interpret and review briefs, agreements, contracts, documents, government filings, correspondence and various forms; ability to hold the register of contracts and external legal acts.
