Leadership Audit Analysis 1 This Leadership Audit Analysis stems from the several leadership audits found in the Malphurs textbook. The Leadership Audit Analysis revealed the fact that effective communication is of the utmost importance in today’s leadership roles. It requires excellent listening, speaking and organization skills, as well as a thorough understanding of time management and project implementation. These are the qualifications of a professional leader and the qualifications I possess. I am a college graduate with a Masters in Leadership in Christian Studies, a Bachelor of Science Degree with a double major in Political Science (Pre-Law) and Public Management with a minor in Corrections Administration. Since my graduation, I have held a variety of positions incorporating such cognitive understanding with theological human relations skills. The versatility in my professional work experience has fostered growth, both spiritual and professional, in the areas of interpersonal communications, theology, management, leadership, human behavior, education, and sales. Such experience, couple with my previous work experience and formal education, is considered an asset. I am presently working as an Apostle/Overseer and Educator, these are both challenging, people-oriented position which requires fast thinking, strong organizational and writing skills, and affording interpersonal communication both verbal and written. When it comes to this Leadership Audit Analysis I could find no weak points. I score the best in each category. Whenever you get to the point that I am at, it is time to start over again at the beginning. When you think you got it that is the time to start learning all over again. Being a good leader always come from being a good learner. Of the several leadership audits the two action points stemming from the analysis I would choose are Christian Leader and Strong Character.
