Legal Prediction: John Boehner will not be able to sue the President because he has no standing to do so. Even if he somehow does (he wont), he will not win because this case has no merit either. Last, if Congress actually thought Barack Obama had violated the Constitution, they would impeach him. This is a political stunt pandering to low-information voters before the mid-term elections. This will be a dead topic after November.
