Peters Ethics Lecture Immigration Reform And The Law Justin Atkinson Jessica Smith-Bobadilla Thursday, September 26, 5-6 pm Music Bldg., room 160 A discussion of current legal issues connected with immigration law, including reflection on recent efforts to reform immigration law. This lecture will consider how immigration reform impacts local populations, while discussing current cases of interest to the Fresno community. Justin Atkinson and Jessica Smith-Bobadilla are professors of law at San Joaquin College of Law. Both are members of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Atkinson was founding Director of SJCL’s New American Legal Clinic; Smith-Bobadilla is the current Director of the New American Legal Clinic.
