Let me introduce you to someone. The UN came up with the battle plan to take us over, Agenda 21. They need boots on the ground to carry it out. That job goes to a group called ICLEI (International Council for Local Environmental Incentives). Currently ICLEI is in Covina, Fullerton and was kicked out of Rancho Cucamonga.
