Let me see--the court has ruled President Obamas recess appointments to the National Labor Relations board ILLLEGAL (for my leftist friends that means he cant do it). However, he has ordered them to continue to issue warnings in violation of the court order (thats also illegal). Now, the NLRB has ruled (illegal since there is only one legal member and he/she cannot act alone) that its legal for a union to pay non-Wal-Mart workers to protest on Black Friday against Wal-Mart.
