Let me try to understand this. The full implementation of the affordable health act is suppose to happen in 2014. As of now there are caps on health insurance..$6000 for an individual and $12000 for a family. This year because of those caps the insurance companies profits will be extremely high. When the implementation starts there will be no caps so that all premiums will go up to pay for all the expenses above those previous caps. Now the administration is trying to put a delay on this implementation until 2015. Now this law was put into place at a particular time. The only ones who can constitutionally do this is congress, because the executive branch does not make laws. The only way to legally change this should be done by congress. One, how can the executive branch possibly do this without congress and two why would they want to delay it until 2015. Our forefathers were brilliant when they put our constitution together. Everything they did was to insure there would be no dictatorships and of course no monarchies... How is it possible for this to happen and not be illegal? If there is a someone who knows the constitution inside and out, please explain this to me.
