Let your work ethic speak for you some people are so caught up in what they do and what others dont do that they forget that its still work that need to be done...If you have to open your mouth and tell people all that you do then your not during enough, if you have to open your mouth and say what others arent during then your focus is off... If you work hard for change then your work will reflect that but some people are hardly working and those are the people who talk about what others dont do...step your cookies up build your resume and stop looking for someone to praise you for being a leader good leaders work hard and seek new ways to gain and learn... Bad leaders make excuses on why being a leader is hard (for example: Im the only one who doing something, its hard, no one is stepping up, and my favorite we need more leaders) quality over quantity if you got 5 people thats willing to make it happen why waste time talking about the other 20 thats not...Jesus had a bunch of followers and twelve disciple but when it was time for him to step up and die for our sins he did it alone true leaders do what they have to do in order to accomplish the goal they set out to accomplish. he didnt make excuses when Peter denied him, Judahs sold him out and others was no where to be found... excuses are words of destruction and they get you no where...
