Lets fights for Justice by asking the courts to implement the Law that DOES exist. Do Not accept any hearsay statement from the social worker unless is an AFFIDAVIT (a sworn statement). The reason is because if they write their statements on AFFIDAVIT, having they lied, or accused you making false allegations, the Common law automatically states that this is a perjury and perverting the course of justice. The Judge has the duty to report this offense, and even deal himself punishing the person who signed an AFFIDAVIT that the contents was deliberately incorrect. If we keep on this way the social workers that planning to frame parents so to steal their children, they have to think twice, before they dare to Lie in an AFFIDAVIT. AFFIDAVITS are made to be given in private law proceedings so judges have duty to accept sworn statements of truth. Of course you the parent has to follow suit by submitting your evidence in a form of an AFFIDAVIT, so make sure you tell the truth or you will be prosecuted for perjury and you may send to prison (jail terms). All appeals in the future should be based on sworn statements so lets see what will be the difference between a report given during a court proceedings as the best of my knowledge and the report they have to give to the appeal court by a method of an AFFIDAVIT. I bet in mot cases 80% of the allegations will not repeat in an AFFIDAVIT knowing that if the social services submit false evidence they ace criminal conviction and this will be the end of their carer.
