Lets get set for the BEST Holiday season ever!!! HOW? well- for starters ENJOY everything!!! Next- be GOOD to yourself and keep up with a little bit of exercise and focus on your health up until the typical evening indulgences! Did you know that the best way to consume your calories are to intake 75% of your protein before 3pm? Did you know that one of the best ways to move that excess sugar through your body is with increasing your hydration? The Formula you ask? Take your body weight in pounds and divide by 2. That is the MINIMUM ounces you need daily just to hydrate your organs! Having a lot of sweets? UP the water intake! Did you know that having a huge protein based meal first thing in the morning is the ABSOLUTE BEST GIFT YOU CAN GIVE YOUR BODY?( when I say Body I mean from top of head to tip of toes!). How often do we eat cereal /oatmeal/bagel/toast/fruit and a coffee? Yah- that was me- and about 4 years ago I took a good look at my health and made some major decisions because I wanted to live a long time but wanted it to also be a good time!! So- get your PROTEIN in! and 1/2 cup of milk on your cereal or 1/2 cup yogurt on your oatmeal is NOT ENOUGH!!! Think at least 20 grams high quality ORGANIC protein! We all have the ABILITY to create our best version of ourselves and it is not that difficult!
