Letter of Appreciation Future Group Hello Koryo, Long back I have bought a Koryo microwave from ezone and guess what you will be amazed to know that it lasted for good 3 months... Then one fine day, the inside glass plate decided to burst... Boom! Since then I have made multiple calls... And look at my audacity I even went ahead to ezone and complained about it... But obviously I know what a fool I was!!! How can I expect such a huge conglomerate to take care of such footling issue. I know you guys have better work to do. Now let me give you a background on how I end up buying a Koryo.... One fine day which happened to be my moms birthday, I decided to gift her something (how foolish... gift on birthday? Who does that... grrr....) My boyfriend and I went to ezone to look from something useful and I happened to like a Samsung Microwave which I almost end up buying. BTW, all this was happening during the period when dollar rate were shooting up (not that anything has changed right now) and our economy was bit jerkiss and so was my bonus. My boyfriend being Indian and extremely patriotic convinced me to try an Indian brand saying in a way we should do our bit in encouraging the economy (Dont worry I know sometimes we Indian couples get too carried away). And ta daa!!! Here I was with a Koryo microwave. And that not all, I end up buying one year additional warranty (just in case if I screw with the super hi-tech and reliable microwave). You know how much did the entire thing cost me just 6.5K. I think its been almost three years now since I bought my first and last Koryo. I know till now you guys couldnt find the right size glass plate and I understand its totally not your fault. I know how difficult it is to find such a unique size and kind. Dont worry I am not writing all this to complain or something. It is just that all this while the microwave was laying in my balcony in a very peaceful manner. But now I am moving into a new house so I was contemplating whether I should take it with me to my new home or return it to you guys. Maybe it would be useful to you for further research and development. Mind it further RnD :-) Your lovingly and happily ever after customer!!! Alka Singh P.s: BTW that time my boyfriend is now my husband. Dont worry I didnt broke his head after the entire fiasco and he is still alive and with me :-) DONT BOTHER TO ASK MY BILL AND ALL.... ALL I HAVE IS THE MICROWAVE AND THE CARTON IN WHICH IT WAS PACKED. YOU CAN HAPPILY TAKE IT BACK.
