All of the following techniques have been proven to help reduce stress . . pick a couple and help your stress melt away: deep breathing, light exercise, meditation, distract yourself with an enjoyable activity, eat and drink healthy foods, rest / take a nap, create a plan to handle your problem, visualize yourself conquering your fear / concern, or get support / talk it out with someone.
