Levels Are High - The Mixtape Review: So after spending seven and a half months away from the scene, the success of Along Time Coming and the single Country Boy, Ashlow bounces back releasing yet another mixtape, with a controversial title LEVELS ARE HIGH which is bound to cause an up roar. Levels Are High was officially released on 5th January 2014, for the second time around Ashlow has been presented by Just Reality On A Disc (JROAD) and JUST REAL PROM the number one promotional company in the southwest. Levels Are High contains twenty tracks full of feelings, thoughts, experiences and obviously lyrics, metaphors. catchy choruses and punchlines with four bonus tracks which includes one of my favourites MOTIVATED featuring Hibbz, Suge & Re from Da Label MTG, making it to No. 3 in the top 10 Ujima Southwest Chart Show. Plus the groundbreaker THEY ALREADY KNOW which made it to No.5 in the top 10 Ujima Southwest Chart Show with the music video being shot by Elmino, coming close to be shown on Channel Aka. This mixtape is not your ORDINARY mixtape, Ashlow shows his versatility by switching up his flow to produce tracks over different genres of music, on there you have GRIME, RAP, RNB and DUBSTEP. Ashlow has also collaborated with some of the biggest names in the southwest which all deserve credit, especially the engineer for there in put and time into an incredible PIECE OF ART, A MASTER PIECE and in time to become a CLASSIC. you could also use the term value for money as its better than most of the other material you can buy today, I definitely recommend checking his work out.
