Lexington, NC (Davidson County) Fergie is a 2-3 year-old American Staffordshire Terrier Mix. She was rescued from a high kill shelter on her last day before euthanasia. At the time, no one realized that she was pregnant and later gave birth to a litter of 7 puppies while in her current foster home. Fergie is a very good dog with a heart of gold. No known behavior issues and no aggression has been witnessed. Prior to arriving at my home, she had a very insecure living environment, but has come out of her shell and blossomed into a wonderful, loving girl. She deserves a loving home that will treat her like the princess she is. Fergie will make a great family pet. Fergie will be spayed prior to adoption. She will not be available until January 10th when her pups will be 8 weeks old. Rehoming fee will include her spay, up to date vaccinations, and microchip.
