Life Purpose of Buoyancee When Buoyancee realized that many graduates were not industry ready as they did not have the right tools and skills to be productive from day one, we started giving them just that with a simple mission statement, ‘Be Your Best & Better Your Best’. After all, ‘graduate’ means gradual improvement towards meeting the ends. Thus on weekends to complement the knowledge being imparted by schools/ colleges, Buoyancee helped students to develop the vital tools and skills to help them face corporate life with confidence. This led to the long statement ‘Today Better than Yesterday & Tomorrow Better than Today’. The Japanese have a single word for this – ‘Kaizen’ We thank Dhanashekar of Grafix Media who designed our logo which is displayed on our walls. However, our orientation programme has helped the same to be etched on the walls of the heart of our employees and now, this definitive life purpose drives our daily actions, helping our participants create great successes and positively impact generations to come. Buoyancee has been launched in Trivandrum on June 14th and we were happy to have 45 representatives from companies – IT, Banks, Logistics, Analytics etc. Our out bound residential activities at the Malabar Cafe, Kovalam beach, Trivandrum, will be launched in August. We thank Mr Joe John & his mother Mrs. Leela John who have joined their hands in this mission & who gave us these 16 rooms + a training hall, + a meditation room + an open place for interaction facing the beach and also an office space.
