Lifestyle change: A few years ago I was nearing 300lbs and then Visalus was introduced into my life as a TOOL to help me learn how to eat better, and get better nutrition into my diet. Six months into using and loving my Visalus my husband and I dropped 140lbs together. How? Yes, it was Visalus that helped us do this, but not by melting our fat, it helped us as a tool to get the proper nutrition in our bodies and learn that eating healthy has its advantages. We did not incorporate an exercise plan when we started but we did incorporate better choices. Today I give thanks to a company that I LOVE very much, and I am not saying goodbye to something that helped change my life. Visalus helped me learn how to battle what causes weight gain. I will always love and enjoy what Visalus has to offer. I was introduced to a natural herbal coffee that aids in appetite suppressant, and that has an enzyme in it that helps carbohydrates from turning into fat. There is only 3 ingredients in this product and all natural I love the way it sustains my energy throughout the day. I drink coffee, I drink tea, but now I am replacing my normal coffee and tea with a useful TOOL to help me continue on my weight loss journey. Truth is, that I believe I can help more people by simply showing them that switching there choice of drink in the morning can have amazing affects, when so many have a hard time replacing their meals with a shake this seems like a great TOOL to help them get started. I do not, and will not ever claim that there is any miracle cure out there for obesity.
