Lifting a heavy weight with bad form only rewards the ego. Lifting a weight that you can do a perfect form rep rewards the body. Dont let your ego take over, dont compete with others (unless your actually in competition) compete with yourself, aim to nail technique even if it takes a lot of time and patience. Listen to tips and advice from those qualified to give advice. The ego will only hold you back in the long run. Choose to take on board, or choose not to. Form will always be checked, and sometimes ask for your form to be checked but the choice to take it on board and listen is yours. Train correct, eat correct and rest correct and you will get where you want, dont kid yourself
