Light travels within. Letting the flow succumb every single cell not only revitalises your being but radiates from your outer shell. Being with nature , touching all of our senses , interlocks our soul with Mother Earth . Free from time, Free from pain, just for that moment to try to understand the mind is our control and we are the controllers. Being able to sit in the silence allows the mind to rest , the thoughts to slow ,the body to relax. Let the other side be known. The sounds of the sea , the breeze through the trees. Where ever your space is, believe its the best. Trying new places creates new journeys. Ask yourself this- have I tried my best? Does your body feel our glorious trees around you? Placing yourself by them will bind your roots and theirs. Energising you and I but not forgetting them. Please look after nature as it looks after you . For you may not always notice but it may just be air. Air we take for granted, grass we rarely touch. For you should see whats in front of you instead of what isnt there.
