Russia Precious Stone And Iron Ore Industry Hello again :) I have missed out on some aspect on the comfort the employees both in precious stone and iron ore industry. Well, I have accidentally missed out (I am just shy of 21 years old by a month presuming now is March). I do hope the expert that are helping me out are not so dumb to wait for every instruction. Anyway, I am still learning and I am not a specialist. Here are my recommendation which I have missed:- Precious Stones Industry 1) Comfortable bus transport. Not just raggedy bus. 2) Shower facility. Do clean yourself up before boarding the bus. Unless you enjoy each other male odour :p 3) Locker for you to put your clean clothing and food that you bring from home. Make sure keep the locker clean. Be mindful of your neighbor. Throw unwanted food and do not leave food overnight. 4) Cafeteria for you to rest and relax. Have your food brought from home heated up using microwave oven. Someone (cafeteria staff) will assist you if you never use them as some plastic & metal container cannot be used. The cafeteria staff will also ensure the place is clean after you use them. 5) Working hours are cut short to only 6 hours (real working hours) daily. There will be 3 scheduled breaks. 1st break 15 minutes in the morning, afternoon 1 hour break and another 15 minutes. You will be monitored by punch card. Hence do not take advantage of my kindness. You will need to bring your own drinks as well as food. I wish I can include food and beverages as employee benefits. However due to the sensitivity and the lucrativeness of this industry, I would not want anybody run by greed to poison anyone of you. Iron Ore Industry 1) Due to high cost of investment in latest technology allowing less pollution, less hazardous gas by product, the employees will need to work 8 hour shift 24/7. Per week they are to work 40 hour, anything more will be considered as overtime. There will be human resource personnel following international guidelines based on similar industries. 2) Please refer to point 1 to 4 as written above. ---------------------------------------- Precious stones suppliers in embargoed countries. Unfortunately we are restricted in every sense to have any business dealing with you. Thank you for your interest and enquiry. The embargo will stay until further notice. As you know, the lifting of embargo, sanction, import and export restriction are not under my jurisdiction. I can only make recommendation. The experts will still have a final say.
