Lightning nearly struck my house ... Blew up my wifi ... Im talkin sparks flyin out of it and then it smoked, scared the shit outta poor Paws .... And then the heavy rain came ... Flash Flood nearly washed us out .... Rain water came down outta the mountains to the east of us and plugged the pipe with debris filling a 5 foot deep ditch for miles heading east .... If you look west, you can see how deep the ditch would be on both sides .. 60% of our drainage culvert pipe is exposed .... It came down hard n fast for hours .... I cant believe how much sediment built up behind the blockage at our access road .... Had to do a little wheelin to get out and used the only other access road about a mile down the hiway to get back in .... We had water runnin thru the property 6 inches deep .... Twas cool really ... Reminded me of a jungle storm .... The water ran over the top of the road so hard it moved concrete parking thingies and even deposited some good sized rocks on the hiway .... Thats some heavy volume movin fast .....
