Balancing Straddle + Boat 1⃣ Find your sit bones and hold your feet, your ankles or shins (depending on your flexibility) 2⃣ keeping one toe on the earth, extend the other leg. 3⃣ Switch 4⃣ Lift both legs into a Balancing Straddle twice 5⃣ For more sensation, dont let the bottom toe touch. 6⃣ Repeat the sequence 3-12 times. 7⃣ After your done, pull your legs together for boat 8⃣ Only release the hands if you feel ready 9⃣ Hold Boat as long as you can or 3-12 breaths Have FUN with this one!
