Linux System Engineer seeking for a Linux system engineer to be part of the IT infra. team. The ideal candidate would be responsible for: Configure, deploy and maintain high-end production infrastructure equipment and related services Identify, diagnose and resolve infrastructure/system problems Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented systems. Requirements •Over 5 years of hands-on experience in production environment. •Data center management including installing new HW (Servers, SAN, blades) •Deep knowledge of Linux OS (Centos, Redhat) •Scripting abilities in one of these languages Bash/Python/Perl. •Knowledge of Virtualization- VMware, Hyper-V. •Experience with ENT storage like emc clarion / vnx and Isilon – advantage •Large scale Linux deployment practices – advantage •Familiarity with deploying tools like cobbler, Forman •Familiarity with Configuration management like Puppet or Chef •Familiarity with cloud env. – Amazon AWS •English - must [email protected]
