Location: Beijing Description: Position Description – Manage on going IT operational spend, analyze, recommend improvement based on data; publish and distribute report to management upon requirement – Develop vendor management process, ensure there is optimal fit between people, process and tool within the process framework – Organize vendor governance meeting by monthly, quarterly and annually with selected key vendors, define vendor action plan and follow up vendor issue/dispute resolution Position Requirements 1. Bachelor degree is essential , preferably with post-graduate qualifications 2. At least 3-5 years of experience in vendor management, with vendor selection, negotiation and contracting roles 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills 4.
