Tonight I make puppy training pads. Hes getting neutered today, and hes quite young, so were anticipating some (haha) accidents. I thought I would share my method for making puppy pads. *YOU NEED: plastic grocery bags, paper towels, thread, iron, scissors, and wax paper. 1. Cut handles and bottom off grocery bag and smooth flat between two layers of wax paper. (Making sure shiny side is DOWN on wax paper.) 2. Lightly iron (the heat will meld the bags into slightly fabric like plastic) 3. Remove plastic from wax paper 4. Fold over paper towels and then sew along edges. 5. Repeat until you have a goodly supply of puppy pads. :D Its really quite simple, re-purposes plastic bags for at least one more use, and is quick and easy to do. :D
