Lol. Some people are suggesting that I should open a church. Dear brethren I dont desire to open or build a church. My purpose is not to build a church but to help the people of God realise that they are a church of Christ. Jesus highlighted this point in Matthew 16: 18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I do not need anyone to follow me or my trachings. People should follow Jesus and his teaching. If I open a church, I will be compelled to seek followers, I will also need money to run the church. The moment you need money you are bound to start preaching money and walk away from the truth of the word. Some churches make people to believe that their blessings are tied to church offerings. This is a fallacy. I dont want to mislead the people of God because of money. You see all of us received the same anointing from Christ. Some use their gifts some dont. In fact Hebrews 5:11 says" 11 We have much to say about this, but it is hard to make it clear to you because you no longer try to understand. 12 In fact, though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you the elementary truths of God’s word all over again. You need milk, not solid food! 13 Anyone who lives on milk, being still an infant, is not acquainted with the teaching about righteousness. 14 But solid food is for the mature, who by constant use have trained themselves to distinguish good from evil". People need churches because they dont want to become teachers themselves, they always want yo ne preached to. My brothers and sister you posses the same anointing as any pastor out there. This is why it says in Ephesians 4:8 “When he ascended on high, he took many captives and gave gifts to his people.” 9 (What does “he ascended” mean except that he also descended to the lower, earthly regions? 10 He who descended is the very one who ascended higher than all the heavens, in order to fill the whole universe.) 11 So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, 12 to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up 13 until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. 14 Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of people in their deceitful scheming. 15 Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ. So brothers we are a church of Christ. Hebrews 3:6But Christ is faithful as the Son over God’s house. And we are his house, if indeed we hold firmly to our confidence and the hope in which we glory. In the final analysis we are the Church and Christ is the head. Stay blessed. EEP
