Long day.. up for breakfast with Mom. Drove to Inlet to meet some friends but missed by a day. So found a few trails to ride. They were lightly used logging roads. So I figured OK I can handle this.....took a wrong trail got bushwhacked into a rock garden and opened the gash. Ok. a little leaker nothing big. The road turned into a bunch of floating logs. OK I walked across with a little dampness. Back on the bike up over a hill and then it just turned into a broad...brook-road....and a cloud of deer flies.....eventually I got a nice break of a couple miles of down hill then a mile up hill and the deer flies were so thick they were mating and eating me...Did I mention riding in almost knee deep water in an arboreal swamp.
