#LongPostAlert #LongVideoAlert #PleaseShareAlert A little over a year ago I finished my first round of Insanity. After that round, I put together a video of my results that ended up getting over 150,000 views from people all over the world who were, at the very least, thinking about starting their own journey. I received hundreds of e-mails and have connected with some life long friends along the way. The response i received from that video brought this journey to life and let me know that there are people out there searching for something...anything... to spark their journey. So I felt it was incredibly important for me to shift my focus to working, every single day, to be that spark. I have always had a desire to help people... even when i could barely help myself... and i would use my words to do it. But what I found was that my voice was not as important as my actions. Once I started living the life, walking the walk, and providing the example, not only was i reaching more people, I was changing my life at the same time. When I entered college I was proposed a question.... If you had to choose one, on the day you retire would you rather have a million dollars in the bank, or have helped a million people? Without hesitation, I chose the latter. Today, that is still my goal, and every single day I work to make it reality. Beachbody, Shaun T, Shakeology® Insanity Beachbody Challenge and the amazing people at BB Success like Alison Schofield Beachbody and Stephanie Potter Beachbody have helped me along the way and I owe a lot of my progress to them. Beachbody has helped me in so many ways do things that back in January of 2013, I would have said were impossible. What can it help you do? We all have struggles, but we also have pride, and in most cases our pride overshadows those struggles and convinces us not to put ourselves out there. We can sometimes fear vulnerability. Being embarrassed was my biggest fear. I had to overcome that to take this journey, and I hope my vulnerability will inspire some of you to do the same Simply put, I created this video to help more people. If you think it will help someone you know, please share it. Thank you for helping me reach my 1 Million! https://youtube/watch?v=tB56KhTCc-4
