Look for east to northeast winds in conjunction with high pressure to our north. A flow off the ocean, particularly in the morning will cause generally cloudy skies. I think the winds will become more northeasterly during the afternoon hours, and that will allow for some sunshine to develop, especially as the atmosphere becomes a bit drier. Afternoon temperatures should remain pleasantly comfortable…ranging from the upper 60s across northern MD and southern PA, to the low 70s in the BAL & DC areas and northern VA.
