Look what the mailman just brought me!!! I am so blessed. When Corey passed away, my world was shattered, and I felt so lost and all alone. Carla-Andrew Sharp Wilson, convinced me to join Face Book which at the time I thought was such a silly waste of time to do. I thought no one would remember me or care about me. Not only did some of you remember me, but some actually loved me. As a special bonus, God put complete strangers in my path that I sincerely have come to love as if I have known them all of my life and feel as if we are kin to each other. I have been fortunate enough to get to meet a couple of my face book friends. The precious girl that just sent me eleven samples of her spice collection lives in Amityville, NY. She even sent me a 2014 Penzeys Spice Catalog. This is the catalog she buys most of her spices from. God doesnt make mistakes when he puts people in our lifes path. I could not function and live without my God and the friends he has blessed me with. Thank you, Sheralee Baker Haverty, for being so thoughtful and taking time out of your day and spices out of your pantry to think of me and to share with me. I love you, as though, I have known you all of my life. You are a precious girl, someday when I win the lottery, I am going to fly up and visit you . I wish all of you could smell these spices!! I wonder what the mailman thought. I am intrigued by these four: Mural of flavor (a blend of 12 spices), a pork chop seasoning, Brady Street (a cheese blend) and Trinadad which smells heavenly. I cant wait to start using them. If my Corey Don was here, he would already be wanting to try them. He loved to cook and experiment with spices especially on Shrimp and Steak. I love and miss my boy.
