Looked at another Victorian house today...This one is about 109 years old with beautiful wood work throughout the whole house...Five bedrooms total(four our on the second level and one is on the main level and there is a bonus room down in the basement) , two bathrooms(one on the main floor and the second one on the second floor), formal living room, family room, formal dinning room, eat in kitchen area, grand staircase, servants staircase, laundry shoot from attic to basement, a couple of sheds outside on five acres...asking price is $70,000 but it needs tlc!!! Peeling wallpaper, a few replacement windows are needed, flooring needs to be sanded and refinished, a few cabinets need to be added into kitchen, both bathrooms need new tubs, tiles, toilets, sinks etc. ceilings need to be redone, along with light fixtures, and we need to find where to hook up the washer and dryer, and a well needs to be dug(if memory serves me right). Phew! I think I covered all the basics! ^_^
