Sorry that song is now stuck in your head... :) Wanted: Small space/land with H2o and Power We are building a small living space on a trailer bed (8x24 or 8x28). We are looking for 2 things... most importantly, a place to park our home, and also potentially a place to build/assemble it. Here are our criteria and timelines: Building: (hopefully) in about 3-4 months, taking about 3-4 months to complete. Jobsite will be be completely cleaned and maintained, all that is needed is power, which we are more than willing to pay for, if you are willing to provide the space. Living: We would love to be as close to in Greensboro as possible. We both have jobs in the city, and would like to avoid major commutes, however we are willing to entertain drives up to 30-45 min if that is all that is available to us! Ideally the property will allow us to position the unit in a place that will provide no hassle to you, most likely out back on the rear or side of the property. Additionally, we will require use of a hose and access to power, most likely via a cord or cable. Whats in it for you? 1. We are happy to pay for all electrical and water usesage, as well as barter for any services needed... lawn care, basic maintenance, web design, whatever you may need! 2. The warm fuzzy feeling you get for helping someone out. Our goal in building this small space is to minimize our cost of living to pay off debt, save for retirement, and manage the student loans that come with getting a phd.
