Looking for a long-term sublet (will consider short-term too) or lease takeover beginning October 1st, safe neighborhood (duh) and < $850. Im 24 y/o from AL-current sublease is over at the end of the month. I can go with the flow, like to clean, friendly and considerate. I appreciate any info! Can provide references.
