REHAB SERVICES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be well organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people and programs. This candidate will perform administrative duties for executive management. Responsibilities may include screening calls, making travel and meeting arrangements, tracking data, preparing reports, and customer relations. Requires strong computer skills. Also calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, , and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability, and attention to detail are equally important. MUST HAVE: Expert customer service and interpersonal skills Support experience in healthcare or professional services environment Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook Organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to work effectively on a team STRONGLY PREFER: Home health industry knowledge and experience THE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT WILL: ·Be responsible for coordinating a variety of management meetings ·Prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner ·Report on patient satisfaction statistics based upon monthly calls made ·Coordinate facility equipment and supply ordering and maintenance ·Assist management team in various tasks ·Coordinate healthcare tradeshow attendance, themes, and travel arrangements ·Audit payroll entry and documentation standards If interested, or know someone who may be, Please send resume to: Richa@mlrehab
