Looking for developers to help with a really cool start-up project. We need strong developer who know at least two programming languages: one for the Android or iOS app, one for the service backend. You need to know how to store and access data in a database. need to know how to design a REST API. need to understand authentication and permissions. You need to know how to manage a server and how to deploy and update running services. Suggestion for the iOS and service back-end languages Industry standard is Python for the service back-end. Building stuff in a framework called Flask, makes it easy to get web servers up and running quickly and easily. The Flask Quickstart is the way we want to get started. For iOS, werere stuck with Swift (coming soonish) or Objective-C. Our iOS app will talk to our backend web server to put data into and get data out of The database.
