Looking forward to this day. Spent with my beautiful little velvet ears. How can you love someone this much? Something about motherhood (& grandmotherhood) changes us. We arent just us anymore. Life has made us the keeper of this tiny person until their wings are strong enough for them to fly. We watch over them and guide them. We teach them to be individuals that can stand on their own, Then, after all is said and done we want them back, in feet pajamas, that we can tuck in bed every night. We know they are safe and sound. Protected from what may be. Being a mom is the greatest, most exciting thing Ive ever done. Being a grandmother is even more exciting. You see this child and something deep inside you whispers. This is what its all about! So, to make a long story short, now Ive joined the ranks of Gammahood.....this child is loved! And as I drag myself into bed tonight, I will again know why we have them when we are young....lol! Team Gamma signing off. Have a wonderful day my friends. Much Love to all!!!
