Looking over my posts from the past few days --I discovered a theme. Ive posted about preaching from the heart, about dislodging the inner critic that clogs up our speech, about courageous political activism, about free speech with Charlie Hebdo, and a young transgendered boys coming out song to claim who he truly is. These are all about the *voice*. This is why I teach holistic lessons --not just to train singers, but to liberate the soul. I help people stay in tune --and also speak their truth. I teach correct breathing: inhale (fully receive) ... exhale (freely give). I create safe space for precious voices, so they can come out of hiding and be heard. This is what I do. This is what I am deeply privileged to do.
