Looking over the nutrition stuff the trainer gave me, and Im already going to start breaking rules. :-D I think its a little too restrictive for me to follow as a lifestyle. Its going to make me want to quit right off the bat. Instead my plan is to expand the number of food options, while still staying within the six meals a day guideline, no processed foods, low sugar, carbs in the first half of the day, water water water. But it has to be livable. Also, this plan only gives me about 1200 calories a day, which, quite frankly, is too few for someone my size even with wanting to lose weight. Again, being hungry all the time would give me an excuse to straight up quit. Im not in a race. So its okay to scale back the pace a bit as a lifestyle choice!
