Lots of good graphical information with each image Ive included...my thoughts havent changed at all since last night concerning the the threat of severe weather. By the way, today is the 1st Official Day of Winter! While there may be MORE severe storms just to our south, a severe storm is a severe storm, and isolated tornadoes have occurred numerous times this far north with setups such as this in the past during the Winter, and I see no reason this wouldnt produce the same type conditions. TIMING: The best threat of severe weather here locally will be from around 2:00 PM until around 10:00 here locally in Marion, Lamar, and Fayette Counties. As I said in my last update, the time of year and the fact that people will be doing last minute shopping, headed to grandmothers house and this and that makes this a bit more serious than a normal severe weather threat. With that in mind, feel free to share this with those who arent as weather savvy as you may be. You can also actually invite others to 3countyweather.net on Facebook. Although Im go focusing on Tuesday, Ive also included the forecast for today, through the day after Christmas Day.
