Louis Blanco whos probably running the Miami Marathon or just finished the Miami Marathon as you read this (Congratulations, Louis!) says he doesnt know anyone whos ever done more than three rides during the Disney Marathon. Does anyone know anyone whos ever done more than three rides and avoid being swept? And have they been rides besides the mainstays of Expedition Everest, Tower of Terror, RocknRoller Coaster and Test Track? Has anyone ever done Soarin or Mission Space despite their long wait times? Has anyone tried to Fastpass+ a ride to book a time during the marathon? How many rides can theoretically be done? What type of fitness would you have to have to achieve to accomplish this more than three rides? The difficulty is timing arrival at Animal Kingdom at about 8:50 a.m. And what rides are the best candidates to tack on to your total? Are Wildlife Express Train or Kali River Rapids at Animal Kingdom, the Great Movie Ride and Star Tours doable? And do race officials care about people leaving the course by quite a distance to do the rides and returning? Its hard for me to see anyone bragging about doing Maelstrom, Gran Fiesta Tour, Nemo or The Land at Epcot during the marathon.
