Loving all the back to school pics. Especially, the ones of my babies! They are growing way too fast. I am so proud of each and every one of them. Next week my baby bird will be heading out for his last semester at Harvard on the Bayou (that is Nicholls State for my northern friends!). For the first several years of elementary school he wanted to be a garbage man or a dinosaur digger. In 4th grade he participated in his first 4H cooking contest and decided then and there that he would become a chef. I figured he would change his mind several times before the college years, but he held fast to the dream of becoming a chef. His final externship begins next week at Cristiano Ristorante in Houma. So if you are down that way be sure to stop by for a visit and some delicious Italian cuisine.
