Lunch Menu for Next Week 11/04-11/08: Monday 11/4: Red beans & rice with cornbread. I will be doing these by the batch this time. One batch will feed 10-12 people. I have 2 batches reserved and can make 2 more. Tuesday 11/05: BBQ Cheddar mini burgers, baked beans & potato salad. Wednesday 11/06: Buttermilk fried chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy with a roll. Thursday 11/07: Spaghetti & homemade meatballs with garlic bread.
