Lunch was some awesome homemade chicken salad (healthy), hard boiled eggs and green salad with baby romaine, baby spinach, sunflower seeds, english cus and homemade ranch (diet friendly.) Supper is boneless pork loin sauted in a little olive oil with cremini mushrooms, green peppers, onions, real garlic, broccoli, lite soy sauce and ginger. Stir fry without the rice. Delish!! Who says eating healthy is boring??? Not me!
