Lyle was finally able to get out of bed at midnight. So far he has been out of bed 4 times to use the restroom. His blood pressure is coming back up slowly. He had to suffer a little last night because his heart isnt tolerating all of the pain meds. The doctor is finally letting him have a little more pain meds this morning. When he does stand up he gets a bad headache which the doctor says it is from his circulation. He is also spiking small fevers ever so often. So the doctor has ordered a chest X-ray, blood work and urine culture to check for infection. I was pleasantly surprised by how well he is moving around considering how much pain he is in. We are gonna stay another night in the hospital instead of going to a hotel. We were supposed to be home tomorrow but now that is set for Saturday. We are waiting for physical therapy to come and maybe help him walk down the hall. I hope I havent left anything out. We are just hanging around hoping his body will behave. Thanks for your prayers and keep them coming. When he is awake I read him what everyone says. I know he is ready for this to be over.
