M.Jordan on Teamwork..." It seems our society tends to glamorize individual levels of success without taking the entire process into consideration. Football is a prime example. I think football is a backward sport. Here you have a guy, the quarterback, who is very intelligent and is probably capable of carrying the team. But he can’t do that if he doesn’t have the protection of the guards and tackles in front of him. Yet those guys make pennies while the quarterback makes nickels. That doesn’t make any sense. If you don’t have those guys up front, that nickel isn’t worth a penny.
