MAINTENANCE WORKER I 20 hours per week, Monday thru Friday 4PM to 8PM Duties include but are not limited to: painting, lawn mowing, snow removal, using building checklists to inspect the building on a regular basis for needed repairs, basic plumbing and building repair, cleaning, moving furniture, setting up meeting rooms, trash removal. Applicant must have: Good knowledge of standard tools, materials, methods and practices of various trade and craft areas. Good knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions. Ability to interpret plans and specifications with instructions. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions. Ability to develop skill in the use and care of tools, materials and equipment of various trade and craft areas. Experience Required Applicant must have three (3) years of work experience, or its part time equivalent, assisting in the performance of semiskilled or skilled maintenance and repair tasks.
